Orders Placed between October 30th 2009 & December 21st 2009 will have an Extended returns time. All RMA Requests must be received no later than January 3rd 2010. After January 3rd orders from this time frame will no longer be eligible for return.
All returns must have an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) to be accepted at our warehouse. Email service@retrofactory.com to obtain an RMA. (PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST AN RMA# UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO RETURN YOUR ITEM AS RMA NUMBERS HAVE EXPIRATION DATES)
Note - Any Items returned to us without an RMA are subject to either a 50% restocking fee, or we will refuse delivery and your order will be shipped back out to you. SALE BIN ITEMS:
Please note that ALL sales are final for "Sale Bin" Sale Items & items with a 35%+ discount. No Returns will be accepted on these items.
FOR DAMAGED / INCORRECT MERCHANDISE: If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Retro Factory within 5 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. Please note - Once issued an RMA, please mail the package to us within 5 days or your return will be refused Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.
Please note: We will only be able to reimburse return shipping costs in the event that the customer requests an exact replacement of their damaged piece. If the customer decides that they do not want a replacement, the return will be treated as outlined in the "For Unwanted Items" section below.
FOR UNWANTED ITEMS: If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact Retro Factory within 5 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the unwanted item. You must then ship the item (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse using UPS Ground Delivery or a trackable mailing method (at your expense). Please note - Once issued an RMA, please return the package to us within 7 days or your return will be refused. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item (less original shipping charges) or Exchange your item as requested in your return.
